An industry page is not a marketing category. It is a list of the failures that industry has already paid for: a thread that would not hold torque, a sealing face that wept, a thin wall that moved after anodising. Knowing that list changes how a part is quoted and how it is machined.

If your sector is not here, that is not a refusal. Send the drawing and the service conditions and we will answer on the part rather than on the category.

Where these parts go wrong

The failure each sector has already paid for.

SectorWhat usually failsWhat we change in the process
MWD / LWD & downholeA thread that will not hold torque, or a non-magnetic part that answers to a magnetThread form verified against the standard before cutting; magnetic response checked and recorded per lot
Semiconductor & testA sealing face that weeps, or a plate that moves after anodisingStress-relieved blanks, flatness measured before and after finishing, blind holes cleaned and checked
Automation equipmentA stack error found at the assembly line, not at the machineMating faces machined in one setup; the assembly tolerance read before the part is programmed
Robotics & UAVA thin wall that rings, or a bore that closes after anodisingRough, stress-relieve, finish; bores cut to pre-anodise size
Marine & offshoreA duplex surface torn by a dull tool, then rejected at inspectionDedicated sharp tooling, low heat input, pickling and passivation before packing
Medical & imagingA contact surface that fails the finish callout, or a missing certificateFinish measured with a profilometer; certificate and lot number travel with the pack

If your sector is not listed, the same question still applies: what has already failed for you? Say it in the first email and it gets designed out at quotation instead of discovered at first article.

Send us a drawing. Get an engineering answer, not a price list.

Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.
