Precision machined parts, built to your drawing.

Turning, milling, gear cutting, grinding, EDM, tooling and moulding — nine processes under one roof. One engineer owns your job from quotation to delivery, so your drawing never travels between three suppliers.

Industries we serve

Tell us your industry, and we will tell you whether we have made that part before.

Specialist buyers check industry fit before they check machine lists. So it comes first here.

How we work with you

Machining the part is the easy part. Making it repeatable is the job.

Any shop can produce one good sample. What decides whether a supplier is worth keeping is what happens on the second and the twentieth batch — and whether anyone tells you the truth before you commit.

DFM feedback before quoting

We review your drawing and tell you what will be difficult or expensive to make — before you have committed to anything.

Fixturing designed in-house

Workholding is designed and machined by the people who run the job. Repeatable setups, not one-off heroics.

First article and traceability

First-article inspection, material certificates and dimensional reports ship with the parts.

One engineer, start to finish

The person who quoted your part is the person who answers when you call about it.

Materials and tolerances

What we machine, and what we can hold repeatably.

The grade you specify is the grade that ships, with certificates. Tolerance is quoted against production capability, not sample capability.

Material family Grades we run regularly Notes
Nickel & high-temperature alloys Inconel 718 · 625 · MP35N Work-hardening grades. Low surface speeds and rigid setups, held to size by high-accuracy turning.
Beryllium copper C17200 Non-magnetic and high-strength, common in sensor, instrument and downhole parts.
Carbon & alloy steel 1045 · 4140 · 42CrMo · 20CrMnTi · 40Cr The workhorse family. Good machinability, responds well to hardening and grinding.
Stainless steel 303 · 304 · 316L · 17-4PH · 420 · 440C Shafts, sleeves and parts in corrosive or hygienic environments.
Aluminium 6061-T6 · 7075-T6 · 2024 · castings Lightweight structural and housing parts. Machines fast, needs care on thin walls.
Brass & copper H62 · C3604 · OFHC copper Bearings, bushings, electrical and thermal parts.
Tool & hardened steel H13 · SKD11 · D2 · S136 Moulds, dies and punches, usually finished by EDM and grinding.
Magnesium & titanium AZ31 · Ti-6Al-4V Weight-critical and high-performance parts, quoted case by case.
Engineering plastics PEEK · POM · PPS · Nylon · PTFE Machined plastic parts where metal is not the right answer.
Castings & forgings Aluminium and iron castings · steel forgings We machine and finish supplied castings and forgings.

On tolerance: we deliberately do not publish a table.

A single figure per process describes a shop's best case, not your part. What is achievable depends on the feature, the material, the hardness, the batch size and how the part is fixtured. We quote against what we can hold repeatably on your drawing — and we say so at quotation stage if a feature is outside that.

Equipment and quality

The evidence engineers look for first.

What we run, and what the parts are measured on. Machine models and travel limits come with your quotation rather than sitting on a web page.

Inspection and documentation

  • First-article inspection. The first part of a run is measured in full against the drawing and reported before production continues.
  • Material certificates. Material is bought with certificates and ships with them on request, traceable to the heat number.
  • Dimensional reports. Critical dimensions reported with the actual measured values, not just pass or fail.

Standard issue: first-article report · material certificate · dimensional report

Parts we have machined

Real parts, with the process that made them.

No customer names — just what a machinist would want to know about how each part was made.

How to start

Three steps from drawing to quotation.

1
Tell us the partName, company, country and email. That is all we need to open the job.
2
Process and quantityMaterial, quantity and the date you need the parts.
3
Upload the drawingSTEP, DWG, PDF or a photo of a marked-up print. NDA available first.

An engineer — not a sales queue — reviews your drawing and replies within one working day, with a price and, where we can see one, a cheaper way to make the part.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask before they send a drawing.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We work from single parts upward. Most of what we make is small to medium batch work, so there is no minimum quantity you have to reach before we will quote. One-offs, spares and prototypes sit alongside production runs here.

What tolerances can you hold?

We quote against what we can hold repeatably on your specific part rather than a blanket figure, because what is achievable depends on the feature, the material, the hardness, the batch size and how the part is fixtured. Send the drawing and we will state clearly what we can and cannot hold.

Can you supply material certificates and inspection reports?

Yes. First-article inspection reports, material certificates and dimensional reports are available as standard, issued from the same facility that made the parts.

How do I send a drawing securely?

Upload it through the quote form, or email it directly. If you need an NDA in place first, tell us and we will sign yours before you send anything.

How quickly will I hear back?

An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day. If the job needs a longer look, we will tell you that within the same day.

Are you the factory, or a trading company?

We are the factory. Machining, tooling, moulding, inspection and shipping are all handled by us in Fenggang, Dongguan.

Request a quotation

Send us a drawing. Get an engineering answer, not a price list.

Tell us the part, the material and the quantity. An engineer reviews your drawing and replies within one working day — usually with a suggestion on how to make it cheaper.

  • NDA signed before you send anything
  • Drawings never leave the engineering team
  • We say what we cannot hold, in writing

Send the form, or email the drawing directly to sales@yhpmachining.com. Nothing on this page is sent to a third party.
